  • Exterior Conditions (Foundation, Roofing, Landscaping, Cracks, Damages, Leaks & Code Violations)

Before Making Any Decision, Consider These Simple Questions:

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO RESIDE?

Where do you see yourself living? Are there particular neighborhoods or communities you would like to be in or see yourself purchasing a home in? Would you rather be in a remote area or near shops and restaurants?

WHAT PROPERTY DO YOU OWN/NEED?

Are you searching for a specific style of architecture? In total, how many bedrooms and bathrooms are you looking for? Would you like a fenced property, maybe with a garage or even a 2-lane driveway?

IS A HOME NECESSARY?

Will a home or other property take too much time to maintain? Would you rather invest in a building or high-rise? Is purchasing now definitely the right time not only for yourself, but also for others?

DO YOU NEED TO ENTERTAIN?

Is the property that you’re selling or looking for suitable for entertaining? How much square footage in total will you be needing or would you like to provide? What about the amount of space in the front of the property versus the backyard?

DO YOU WANT A GATED COMMUNITY?

Is the neighborhood safe enough? Will children or the elderly be residing in the property, and if so, is the property itself suitable? Are you aware of the area accommodations regarding schools and churches, as well as its history of crime?

WHAT’S YOUR PRICE RANGE?

Have you consulted with a lender to determine the best price range for what you can afford? Does the market say it is the best time to sell or buy your next property? What are you able to live with or what can you not live without regarding your final decision?

If you’re comfortable with some of these questions, and you feel that you’re ready for the next step, then let’s talk!
